As a Staffing Account Executive at Verinext, you’ll take the lead in fostering and nurturing client relationships, connecting our clients with the top-tier talent they need. This role is tailored for individuals who thrive on competition, flourish in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to continue or start their journey in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement
    • Thoroughly assess and comprehend client staffing needs, aligning Verinext’s offerings to meet those requirements
    • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee ongoing client satisfaction
    • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote Verinext’s staffing services
  • Candidate Relationship Management
    • Facilitate onboarding activities for new placements ensuring a seamless transition
    • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly check-Ins with active placements to asses their satisfaction and address any concerns
    • Act as the point-of-contact to resolve any challenges faced by placements during their engagement
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Execute a variety of sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Verinext’s growth objectives
    • Promote Verinext’s staffing services to potential clients
    • Collaborate with the sales and recruiting team to achieve revenue goals
    • Participate in networking events and industry conferences
    • Lead and support company-sponsored outings & social events with clients
    • May travel up to 10-15% as needed for critical client meetings. Expenses paid for by Verinext.
  • Operational Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate profiles
    • Assist in the creation, review and execution of contracts and agreements
    • Handle paperwork and documentation related to placements
  • Market Research:
    • Stay well-informed about emerging industry trends staying ahead of competition
    • Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and avenues for improvement
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our staffing services


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident and competitive mindset driven by a strong desire to consistently exceed targets
  • Sales-oriented and professional demeanor when communicating with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in staffing or sales is a strong plus, but not required, as training will be provided
