Our client is an innovative tech company whose platform makes outsourcing software development safer and seamless for startups. They’ve been steadily growing for over 5 years and are looking to bring on a new Account Executive to help them identify, nurture, and close new business!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Business development and general networking with startup founders
- Taking inbound leads through the entire sales process from initial call to close
- Placing clients with a Partner in our network that’s the best fit for them
- Managing and nurturing the business relationship for accounts closed
- Reports to Head of Sales for onboarding, training, and weekly check-in’s
*This is a startup heavy environment, so each Account Executive will have the opportunity to work on projects / initiatives they are passionate about that are beyond just sales
Qualifications and Skills
- Passionate about building relationships and serving other people
- Strong communicator – great at listening and asking good questions
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Tech/product knowledge preferred but not required
- Previous sales experience is a huge plus but not required
Salary & Benefits
- $45k base salary + equity + EOY performance bonus (10-15% of base salary)
