New Search Alert! #Hiring for a remote Account Executive!

Our client is an innovative tech company whose platform makes outsourcing software development safer and seamless for startups. They’ve been steadily growing for over 5 years and are looking to bring on a new Account Executive to help them identify, nurture, and close new business!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Business development and general networking with startup founders
  • Taking inbound leads through the entire sales process from initial call to close
  • Placing clients with a Partner in our network that’s the best fit for them
  • Managing and nurturing the business relationship for accounts closed
  • Reports to Head of Sales for onboarding, training, and weekly check-in’s

*This is a startup heavy environment, so each Account Executive will have the opportunity to work on projects / initiatives they are passionate about that are beyond just sales

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passionate about building relationships and serving other people
  • Strong communicator – great at listening and asking good questions
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Tech/product knowledge preferred but not required
  • Previous sales experience is a huge plus but not required

Salary & Benefits

  • $45k base salary + equity + EOY performance bonus (10-15% of base salary)
