Account Relationship Manager (Construction Industry)Location: Dallas-Fort Worth

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Relationship Manager in the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our construction industry clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. Your primary goal will be to nurture long-term partnerships and drive customer loyalty and retention.


  • Build Relationships with clients:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned construction industry accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, procurement officers, and senior executives.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding clients’ evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proactively engage with clients to provide ongoing support, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Delivery: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, pain points, and priorities. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to propose and deliver customized solutions that align with clients’ requirements.
  • Customer Success: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate clients’ satisfaction and success. Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients, highlighting value delivered and future opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the construction industry. Share relevant insights and recommendations with clients to help them make informed business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience. Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Account Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and ongoing projects in CRM software. Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities for management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience as an Account Relationship Manager or a similar client-facing role within the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and customer management tools.


Strong base salary + a lucrative uncapped commission.
