Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager at our Gulf Breeze, FL location. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of policies, updating policy information, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
  • Licensed Insurance Agent, must have a 2-20 or 4-40 license.
