Equiscript, LLC is seeking a Client Account Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for smart, dynamic, outgoing relationship builders who are passionate about reaching their goals.   • The successful candidates will work closely with our contracted health centers to facilitate patient prescriptions being sent to pharmacy partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal account manager for select clients, and be the company’s primary operational contact with your assigned clients to ensure our program is successful and growing.
  • Work with our clients’ staff to ensure program success; ensure the healthcare professionals are returning requested prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner, and work to enhance our relationship and integration with our clients.
  • Work hand in hand with the Account Executive team in regards to the different service offerings the client(s) have with Equiscript.
  • Review client financials and monthly claims that are processed.
  • All communication with clients must be documented in SalesForce.
  • Report performance metrics and client growth to meet performance goals to share with Account Executives
  • Ensure standardized communications with our clients to build consistent, positive relationships with our clients.
  • Occasionally visit clients, to assist in training and teaching about our program, working and collaborating with both the Implementation and Client Relationship team.
  • Drive client loyalty.
  • Address client concerns, problem solving, data collecting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Equiscript at corporate events, including client and industry conferences when required.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of successful customer service or inside sales experience preferred
  • One to two years of 340B experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Pharmacy knowledge is a plus
  • Salesforce or other CRM technology experience a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting up to 25 pounds; requires normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.

  • Valid driver license, clean motor vehicle record and ability to be insured by company insurance guidelines.
