Fuse Interactive is looking for an experienced solutions-based marketing professional to join our team as an Account Supervisor of Client Strategy. This role will work closely with Kawasaki Motors Corp. USA’s Marketing Director and Fuse.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as primary point of contact between Fuse and AKM Director of Marketing
· Integrates as agency counterpart to AKM Marketing team leads (Manager – Brand Communications, Sr. Manager – PR/CE, Race Marketing, Sr. Retail Marketing Manager)
· Manage and maintain day-to-day client relationships and expectations
· Maintain in depth understanding of client’s business including retail environment and industry trends to allow for proactive solution recommendation development
· Maintain current working knowledge of all AKM marketing activities across all channels (Brand, Retail, Consumer Events, Public Relations, Race Marketing) and communicate needs interdepartmentally within AKM and Fuse
· Develop, pitch, and maintain account planning documents and presentations based on client needs. Deliver planning document to internal teams and ensure creative executions are aligned with client request and needs.
· Create marketing presentations for reoccurring internal AKM meetings to socialize marketing activity and program metrics
· Maintain deep understanding of AKM Marketing metrics/KPI’s and provide recommendations for program/tactic adjustments to ensure targets are met or exceeded
· Ensure effective process execution and timeline accuracy as well as provide recommendations for improvement when necessary
· Review all content across all platforms to ensure client goals and objectives are reflected
· Other project focus may include supporting omnichannel executions and ensuring strategic approach and client needs are aligned across all websites, print, digital media, PR campaigning, point-of-purchase materials, dealership marketing, event activations
· Proactively communicate client objectives to Fuse’s internal teams
· Research project requirements and coordinate with AKM and Fuse internal account, creative & technical departments
· Prepare detailed project briefs
· Present creative and agency recommendations for client review in conjunction with all Fuse staff as required
· Identify potential project risks and provide team support in finding solutions
· Attend internal AKM meetings as necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Required Background & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree (equivalent work experience will be considered)
· 5-7 years of relevant agency experience. Preference given to candidates with digital and/or social agency experience. Extra points to those with automotive/motorsports industry background.
· Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint
