Area Sales Manager

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an Area Sales Manager to help spearhead the launch of an innovative new technology which addresses a niche but growing need in the medical aesthetics industry. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for selling and implementing the treatment initially in selected advisor practices, gathering feedback to support a broader national launch, and establishing new accounts within a specific geography.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve territory goals for KPIs by identifying accounts and facilitating sales
  • Focus on new business opportunities
  • Develop sales cycle and training schedule to meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate with practices to keep relationships with accounts
  • Implement marketing and sales program to enhance brand awareness
  • Maintain expert knowledge and conduct practice trainings on the technology, treatment, and business processes
  • Manage the department budget
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key opinion leaders, practice staff and internal departments to influence company goals
  • Support company objectives, policies, procedures, compliance, and, regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company professionally in conferences, meetings, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the aesthetics field
  • Experience selling to diverse users; providers, physicians, practice owners, etc.
  • Experience in category creation, product launches, small and big companies, with a deep understanding of cash-pay markets preferred
  • Proven ability in building territories, developing accounts, and identifying opportunities
  • Preferred experiences in leadership, coaching, training, etc.
  • Proficient in using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
