Associate Account Executive position
Our client seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales with commercial account customers within the region. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, consistently striving to meet and exceed sales quotas, and adept at managing both new and existing accounts.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies/targets.
- Continuously monitor sales performance metrics.
- Identify and engage potential customers.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints.
- Negotiate contracts with proficiency.
- Supervise team members ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Update clients and team on new products/services, features, etc.
- Provide feedback to customers and maintain an advanced understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company approval processes and utilize CRM tools.
- Proven sales experience in the metropolitan area.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comprehensive product knowledge.
- Capable of public speaking.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

- Target-driven and highly motivated.
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent.

Salary Range: USD $55,000.00 gross/year + USD $36,000.00 gross/year commission
