Associate Account Executive position

Our client seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales with commercial account customers within the region. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, consistently striving to meet and exceed sales quotas, and adept at managing both new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies/targets.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Identify and engage potential customers.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Negotiate contracts with proficiency.
  • Supervise team members ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Update clients and team on new products/services, features, etc.
  • Provide feedback to customers and maintain an advanced understanding of products and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company approval processes and utilize CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the metropolitan area.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Capable of public speaking.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Demonstrates professionalism.
  • Target-driven and highly motivated.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent.

Salary Range: USD $55,000.00 gross/year + USD $36,000.00 gross/year commission
