Billing Analyst

Pay Rate: $28/hr Location/Remote: NEW MEXICO ; 2-3 days onsite / 2-3 days remote Duration:6 months Hours per week: 40 hours Job Description: We are seeking a Billing Analyst to support the company’s growing B2B Customer Billing Operations processes. This is an opportunity in a new role with responsibility for ensuring the business is fully and accurately invoicing its customers on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of B2B billing processes detailed calculations, experience billing B2B customers and possess exceptional analytical skills. Responsibilities: • Perform and support business to business (B2B) corporate contract billing. • Support weekly KPI and SLA reporting for B2B contracts. • Support manager in addressing customer complaints and questions. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer invoices. • Process adjustments as requested by supervisors. • Perform a variety of analytical functions including the review and management of large data sets to ensure customer billing accuracy and comply with internal controls. • Research and resolve billing issues utilizing analytical and reporting tools. Requirements and skills: • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with large data sets, SalesForce and Smart Sheets a plus • Experience in a billing or accounting role or in a similar industry is a plus. • Organizational and time-management skills • Attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. • BA in finance, accounting or similar field is preferred.
