POSITION SUMMARY
The Platform Review Business Account Manager’s primary role is to create trusting relationships with our clients while gathering detailed information about their businesses to better plan for their future 10X exponential growth. This role oversees a high-end portfolio of assigned clients and will liaise with cross-functional internal and external teams to improve their efficiency, growth, and profit through accurate data gathering and uncovering business blind spots through conversation. They incorporate their solid business understanding, skills, and abilities as they help top management plan and implement advanced strategies. The ideal candidate should be an A-team player with an exceptionally high belief and sharp business acumen to exceed goals.

OBJECTIVES
- Research, build, and deliver a remarkable 10X360 Platform Review that paints a 10-year growth plan for assigned clients
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Managers and Finance Managers, to develop a comprehensive 10X360 Platform Review
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to an assigned client
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by identifying areas of improvement to meet business growth objectives
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on each client’s status and progress to the Leadership Team
- Capture key client metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and reports from the customer relationship management [CRM] tool or electronic health record [EHR])
- Interact with clients at in-person events during the delivery of their 10X360 Platform Review
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients in a professional manner
- Ensure a high level of client engagement and retention through fostering a strong business relationship
COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrated experience working with proven business frameworks (e.g., strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats [SWOT] analysis)
- Possession of robust business acumen that can be applied to various client engagements
- Knowledge of business development, risk analysis, and cost management
- Understanding of critical key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to measure performance
- Ability to ask pointed questions during the discovery phase to understand the client’s current strategy
- Ability to proactively communicate client progress to the Leadership Team
- Proficiency in time management, and ability to avoid procrastinating on any sections of the 10X360 Platform Review for our clients
- Demonstration of influence in order to help clients shift their perspective toward their current business plans
- Consistency in client recommendations based on Cardone Ventures’ best practices
- Ability to look at a situation from different angles to seek a better understanding of the client’s business
- Understanding of how to prioritize the needs of 30+ clients from various industries at different phases of the 10X360 Platform Review process
- Demonstration of a conceptual understanding of how the different sections of the client deliverable affect one another
- Proven ability to juggle multiple client management projects at a time while maintaining razor-sharp attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of work experience in business consulting or management, working directly with clients
- Substantial experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management software (e.g., Asana), and G Suite (Google Slides and Google Docs)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require travel: up to 5%
