Position / Responsibilities • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives. • Opportunity to cross sell to our current project-based clients and act as a Staffing Overlay Subject Matter Expert (SME) to other NFF Sales Executives. • Conduct cold calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects to secure new business. • Analyze client requirements and match them with our TSaaS services. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients. • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the delivery of quality candidates to clients. • Provide regular updates to management on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system. • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to generate new business lead. Qualifications We are looking for an executive who is innovative, analytical, and has a proven track record of success in sales. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT staffing markets. Qualifications include: • 5+ Years of successful professional experience in an IT Staffing Sales and/or Business Development role • Demonstrated success in generating new business by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
