As a Hunter for a Digital Transformation Consulting firm, you’ll begin by spearheading human capital management efforts.
Your role will evolve, receiving training to drive sales of multimillion-dollar digital transformation solutions.
What you’ll focus on:
- Take the lead in identifying potential clients within the Capital Markets sector. Employ market research, networking, and proactive outreach to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop meaningful connections with key decision-makers at target companies. Gain insights into their specific needs and pain points, tailoring solutions that effectively address their requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value of our offerings. Articulate how our solutions align with clients’ objectives, highlighting their potential benefits.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and structure agreements that align with our business goals and client expectations.
- Stay attuned to industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to seamlessly transition from business development to project initiation. You will play a 180 role, focusing on business development, alongside a delivery team of 300+ consultants working to fill your roles.
Who you are:
- Demonstrated success in business development within the Capital Markets recruitment sector, with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- In-depth understanding of the Capital Markets industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills. Ability to tailor solutions to address client needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture relationships across various organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for client acquisition.
- A collaborative approach to working with internal teams, aligning business development efforts with company strategies.
