Client Success Manager

The Role

As the Client Success Manager at ShowLabs, you will be the primary point of contact through all client lifecycle phases, from onboarding and production to retention and renewal. This role combines client-facing relationship management, creative project management and information and data management to ensure all parties and stakeholders are set up for success. This includes building and maintaining highly visual creative briefs and production guides that capture creative brand requirements and visual content strategy that we shape with our clients. This is a unique role in that the ideal candidate has creative and visual talent and strengths, a maniacal eye for detail, an in-depth knowledge of ecommerce content production and is a highly organized project manager. You will work closely with sales and account management, creative, production and post-production team members as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

Role Objectives

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience as a key point of contact for ShowLabs’ growing client roster through various client lifecycle stages
  • Present briefs and content strategy to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to build and maintain creative briefs and highly visual photo, video and 3D production guideline documents.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to create and disseminate briefs and guidelines
  • Review and critique photo, video and 3D assets to ensure production teams are upholding the integrity of briefs and guidelines
  • Conduct research to stay current on best practices and new opportunity in ecommerce content
  • Present data templates, materials and production requirements to clients
  • Provide support to clients to ensure they are delivering required information on-time
  • Review and maintain client and production data in ShowLabs systems
  • Assist in developing, streamlining and documenting processes at various stages of ShowLabs client lifecycle stages
  • Create and maintain a client-centric feedback loop to help inform how ShowLabs can improve client-facing processes and experiences
  • Assist in communicating company and process updates to our growing roster of clients


  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role or content production management role within a brand, creative agency or studio production company
  • Familiarity with studio workflow tools and digital asset management
  • Experience working in ecommerce and/or asset management systems
  • Familiarity with outdoor apparel, fashion industries and products
  • Experience in Google Workspace (GSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Articulate and concise communication and presentation skills
  • Team player who can work independently, yet collaborate and take feedback from other team members
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a startup environment
  • Willingness and desire to be in-studio, collaborating and working closely with other team members
