Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the Role:

As the Advisor Services Relationship Manager, you will be a pivotal asset to our team, connecting Advisor partners with our operational experts. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your role will be a central force in ensuring streamlined operations, premium customer service, and outstanding relationship management..

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with Advisor partners through outstanding customer service and proficient back-office support.
  • Efficiently managing email communications.
  • Overseeing new accounts, asset transfers, and other investment account maintenance.
  • Coordinating investment instructions with our Trading team via CRM Documentation.
  • Analyzing documents for precision and completeness.
  • Implementing cashiering requests, such as journaling funds or contributions to clients’ investment accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication, ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and exemplary organizational skills.
  • A robust ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
  • A genuine passion and drive to grow within the Financial Services and Investment management industry.

Preferred, But Not Required:

  • An undergraduate degree.
  • Experience with an RIA or comparable organization.
  • Knowledge of custodial platforms like TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
  • Familiarity with Orion and/or Salesforce.
  • Adobe Acrobat editing software proficiency.

Location:

This role requires in-person attendance at our Scottsdale, Arizona offices. Remote work is not available.
