Digital Marketing Strategist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Account Strategist to join our team and drive the success of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. As a digital Marketing Account Strategist, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to create and implement strategies that achieve business objectives and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play an integral role in the marketing initiatives for some of our key clients
  • Working together with other talented marketing professionals, you will develop comprehensive strategies to promote client websites to drive maximum leads and conversions using a variety of channels including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media
  • Directly managing our biggest and most valuable clients
  • Developing comprehensive marketing strategies that produce measurable ROI
  • Leading marketing specialists through hands-on training
  • Assisting the business development team with their pitches and proposals
  • Presenting new ideas to clients and explaining previous results
  • Analyze Google Analytics report and data to provide insights
  • Growing as a digital marketing leader alongside a fun and talented team
  • New Account Setup: Guide our new clients through the set-up and implementation of services.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to build unique digital marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Execution: Work together with other strategists, media, creatives, and developers to produce top-of-class deliverables and drive results across marketing services.
  • Account Service: Lead client relationships and communication, including status meetings. Ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Oversee quality and overall impact, adjusting where needed.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and analyze monthly reports, meeting with clients to review reporting, and ongoing initiatives and plan future strategies.
  • Client Retention: Build a trusted strategic relationship with clients to help retain and grow business
  • Hone Your Skills: Keep up with changes in the digital marketing landscape, including tools and practices that will help our clients evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, both internally and externally to clients.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
