Director of Corporate Sales

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experiences professional to join their team as the Director of Special Markets. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for special market segments, focusing on maximizing revenue growth and market penetration. Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales for the Americas, The Director of Special Markets will collaborate closely with cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve organizational goals and expand the clients penetration into the fastest growing segment of Oral Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and action plans for special market segments to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Leverage existing Special Market relationships (DSOs, Educational Entities and Institutions) for penetration and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to keep a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting sales performance, market trends and key achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of 8-10 years in sales or business development roles within the dental industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated ability to execute strategic sales plans.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
