An award-winning fine dining restaurant group is looking to hire a Director of Operations to oversee the operations of 3 of their restaurants in NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and mentor all personnel in assigned properties to ensure high engagement and success, while also focusing on their development.
  • Create action plans that deliver value-added solutions.
  • Balance long-term strategic innovation with financial and practical considerations.
  • Collaborate with leaders from various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
  • Promote cross-departmental involvement in developing and implementing new company programs, while maintaining clear communication and making swift, informed decisions.

Skills:

  • 3-5 years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
  • Preference for experience in restaurant openings.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) and proficient in various math calculations.
  • Effective multitasking, including cost management and maintaining operational standards.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical prowess, and commitment to success.
