Director of Operations, Marketing

Aspirant is hiring a Marketing Operations Director to support one of our clients remotely. This role will be in the healthcare industry, so prior experience in a similar regulatory setting is strongly preferred. In this role, you’d have the chance to work with our marketing teams to create and implement new processes and policies as we grow. Prior experience in project management and working cross-collaboratively is crucial.

This is a fully remote position but would require occasional travel to our headquarters. In addition to remote work, we also offer fully paid medical insurance premiums, paid life insurance, and a 401k plan with company match, in addition to other benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

– Analyze current process and identify areas for improvement – Create a process for new product development – Create processes for coordination with digital marketing team – Implement stage-gates at various milestones throughout the process – Design and implement efficient workflows – Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements – Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget – Lead a team of direct reports – Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture


– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required – MBA is strongly preferred – 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management required – Prior experience supporting operations and project management at a healthcare organization required – Experience with lean methodologies required – Prior experience managing direct reports required

Supervisory Duties:

– Directly supervises employees and carries out duties in accordance to company policies and applicable laws. – Responsible for interviewing, hiring, assigning work, performance review, discipline issues, addressing complains, and conflict resolutions.
