Job Description

Hours are flexible and anticipated to be up to 40 hours per week. Recent college graduates in the Austin area are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

  • Assist the team with client management tasks
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of project requirements
  • Draft client communications, schedule calls, manage review cycles, report on status
  • Drive timelines and support delivery teams
  • Focus on ensuring client happiness
  • Develop knowledge and skills specific to supporting client work

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be an exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Have competence with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Be collaborative and comfortable working as a team as well as independently
  • Be able to follow a set process and work with some ambiguity, not afraid to ask questions
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude

Bonus points if you have

  • Previous experience working with large B2B companies
  • Experience with content development
  • An interest in technology
  • A great sense of humor
