Junior Marketing Manager

Tidewater’s Business Development Team is currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Junior Marketing Manager, your leadership skills will be essential in inspiring and motivating your team towards the achievement of specific goals. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of training and mentoring company new hires to reach their full potential whilst building a solid rapport with customers and clients.

A successful Junior Marketing Manager should possess a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a team to success. You will have diverse responsibilities that are integral to the success of your team and the organization in general. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and direction to your team members to ensure that they are motivated, productive, and dedicated to the job.
  • Provide regular feedback and organized reports to management.
  • Oversee campaigns where it is required to make critical decisions and solve problems quickly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with information on products and services and answering any queries they may have.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets/goals
