Manager Strategic Partnerships

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and market expansion for our organization. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

–         Partnership Development:

o  Identify and establish potential strategic partnerships that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

o  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess partnership viability and potential benefits.

–          Relationship Management:

o  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value and continued collaboration.

o  Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and facilitate regular communication.

–          Negotiation:

o  Lead negotiation efforts to structure partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with business strategies.

o  Advocate for the company’s interests while maintaining a win-win approach.

–         Collaboration:

o  Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, to drive successful execution of partnership initiatives.

o  Reports directly to MAR to ensure alignment of messaging and goals

–         Strategy Implementation:

o  Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and increased brand visibility.

o  Monitor and assess the effectiveness of partnerships, making adjustments as needed.

–         Performance Analysis:

o  The Manager of Strategic Partnership will achieve their daily KPIs to ensure that all follow up is done in a timely manner, and all accounts are up to date.

o  Regularly analyze and report on partnership performance


– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

– 5 years of experience in marketing or proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.

– Strong business acumen with the ability to align partnership initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.

– Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficiency in using CRM software and collaboration tools.

– Flexibility to travel as needed to foster relationships and attend industry events.
