Overview:The Account Manager position at BRK Global Marketing is our entry level Account Management position designed for the individual looking to gain experience in the marketing industry and grow their skillset. They are a person who has a desire for learning and growth, a willingness to assist wherever needed, a professional and respectful demeanor, and the mental aptitude to work independently but knows when to ask questions to further their knowledge and get tasks completed. The Account Manager wants the fast-paced agency experience and is a true team player.

The Account Manager is a vital team member of the Accounts Team, supporting an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in completing tasks to ensure all projects are on time and our clients are nurtured and supported. The Account Manager will gain exposure to many different aspects of account management including but not limited to meeting coordination, status reporting, brief creation, and overall account management.

As an Account Manager your responsibilities will require you to:

  • Act as liaison between the Account Executives and the internal BRK team, communicating client feedback and any pertinent information throughout the project lifecycle that may impact budget, timelines, or resources.

  • Assist with the creation of meeting materials as directed.

  • Create and present status reports along with sending recaps of all client meetings.

  • Lead client meetings as determined by your supervising Account Executive.

  • Attend client meetings and traffic deliverables to clients as needed.

  • Assist in management of projects with a focus on project organization and understanding of timelines.

  • Work with supervisory leadership to address any client or internal concerns, opportunities or ideas for additional client support and lend knowledge to solutions.

  • Ensure that all deliverables sent and/or presented to clients have been proofread and meet deliverables as outlined in project deliverables.

  • Work effectively and closely with internal team to ensure clear communication given on deliverables for client and that deadlines are being met and communicated effectively.

  • Complete research for current or potential client projects as needed.

  • Occasionally assist other departments with basic web and social support with direction.

  • Assist in formation of creative briefs and open jobs in the project management system, outlining creative deliverables.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  • Demonstrated ability of detail-oriented execution of digital and/or marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to complete projects and tasks with minimal direction from leadership.

  • Exceptional communication skills that provide clear direction and enable communication between internal teams, external resources and clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.

  • 1-3 years experience in account or marketing services·

    Experience with Teamwork and social media platforms a plus.
