Key Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator, you will be an essential member of our team, providing critical support in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass:

General Administrative Tasks

Handling phone calls, managing email correspondence, and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintaining office supplies and equipment while liaising with vendors.

Assisting in document preparation, data entry, and efficient filing.

Travel Booking And Coordination

Occasionally aiding in booking travel arrangements for team members, encompassing flights, hotels, transportation, and other accommodations.

Researching and offering travel options based on preferences, budgets, and schedules for our employees who frequently travel.

Ensuring all necessary travel documentation is in order and providing support in obtaining visas and other required paperwork.

Calendar Management

Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the team.

Coordinating travel itineraries with meeting schedules to optimize time management.

Expense Tracking

Supporting the management of expense reports, receipts, and travel-related expense reimbursements.

Visitor And Client Relations

Extending a warm welcome to guests and clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Coordinating meeting spaces and hospitality arrangements as needed.

Office Organization And Maintenance

Maintaining a clean, organized, and productive office environment.

Assisting in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.


Previous experience in office administration, leadership, or a related role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Keen attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Familiarity with scheduling flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements is a plus.
