Operations Support Coordinator

We are looking for a candidate to fill an operation role that supports our National Account Managers. This person will need to have a customer focused mindset, while being able to handle multiple tasks at once, and have a good working relationship with other team members. Some of the daily tasks include analyzing data, filling in POG sets, competitive reviews, resolving customer escalations, working with order management, executing rebates, and other various activities. You will need to have strong communication and organization skills, as you will be working with both our external customer, and internally with cross functional teams within LG. This person will need to be able to work under pressure at times, due to project deadlines and time sensitive material.


Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Support the Account Managers on a daily basis, and special projects such as PLR, claims, etc.

·      Work internally with Order Management and Service teams when customer escalations arise

·      Run daily sales and inventory reports, identify the issues and create actions for resolution

·      Audit pricing at the model level online, and competitive price trackers

·      Identify any gaps in promo execution, both at the start and end of each event

·      Pull inventory availability reports and send out to respective team members

·      Contribute to sales team success by gathering and sharing market and competitive information

·      Work independently, but at the same time in a team environment

·      Be able to fill-in for team members when out of the office, in both the sales & marketing functions


Preferred Requirements:

·      Communication skills, both verbal and written

·      Business acumen and analytical skills; create actions to resolve issues

·      Ability to work effectively across various departments, while building relationships

·      Operational experience, consistent, reliable in output of work

·      Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, and keep up with changing processes

·      Experience in using internal order management systems such as GERP / OLAP

·      Working knowledge of a supply chain, system and processes is a plus

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate+, including pivot tables)



Education / Experience:

·      College Degree

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

·      Minimum 3~4 years of working experience

·      Communication skills, both verbal and written

·      Basic familiarity of retail business operations

·      Business acumen and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge and experience in project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of data analytics and sales tracking
