Job Description: Regional Business Development Manager – West Coast

Location: Any major market in the Western United States (e.g., Colorado, Arizona, California)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Manager for the West Coast to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving commercial laundry equipment sales and in nurturing distributor relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive the sales of commercial laundry equipment by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential customers across the designated territory.

2. Distributor Development: Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors; provide continuous support and training to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products.

3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly and seize new business opportunities.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest features and benefits of our laundry equipment to effectively present to potential clients and distributors.

6. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams, providing feedback from the market to shape product enhancements, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.

7. Reporting: Regularly update management on sales progress, distributor performance, and market insights.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the commercial laundry equipment sector.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.
– Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
