As a Sales Representative at VersaDesk, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by effectively promoting and selling our range of ergonomic office furniture products. Your main responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies.
  • Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle general administrative duties as required.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on VersaDesk products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide product recommendations and information to potential customers.

Commission-Based Sales:

  • Actively contribute to revenue generation through effective sales techniques.
  • Track and report on individual sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ergonomic office furniture or related products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
