As a Sales Representative at VersaDesk, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by effectively promoting and selling our range of ergonomic office furniture products. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle general administrative duties as required.
- Stay updated on VersaDesk products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Provide product recommendations and information to potential customers.
- Actively contribute to revenue generation through effective sales techniques.
- Track and report on individual sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ergonomic office furniture or related products is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Competitive base salary of $55,000 per year.
