Sales Consultant

Equalizer Solutions is looking for a Sales Consultant to help implement our tried and true brand marketing strategies. Sales Consultant responsibilities include defining brand identity, building rapport with potential customers, answering questions and giving your professional opinion on solutions for our customers. You will conduct marketing consulting and track performance of marketing strategies. We are looking for a creative strategic thinker who can solve problems while maintaining integrity for our clients and their mission. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in implementing our company’s strategy to achieve long term and short term goals, and objectives.
  • Daily evaluations to gather feedback and implement changes if necessary.
  • In-person brand representation on behalf of our clients.
  • Constantly improve marketing efficiency by applying best practices.
  • Develop and implement new marketing tactics, programs and studies once promoted into a leadership role.
  • Research competitors’ business models, strengths and performance.

  • Follow through on assigned tasks
  • Be respectful, courteous, and offer clear guidance, when speaking to customers (potentially due to previous customer facing roles)
  • Background in Communications, Business, Management, Marketing preferred.
