Sales Executive – Storable Insurance

This is a Sales Executive position that requires a high level of sales experience, customer relationship expertise, management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with other company sales professionals for improved success. Responsibilities include new account development, relationship building, perfecting the sales presentation, consulting, and advising with fellow Sales Executives for improved success. The Sales Executive will have the opportunity to work with the space leader. The company already has a proven lead funnel, product, process, and market presence. The overall goal is to meet or exceed company standards for success, customer satisfaction and growth.

What You Will Need

  • New customer acquisition experience.
  • Superior presentation skills marketing to a variety of audiences.
  • Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings.
  • Proven ability to present financial features and benefits.
  • Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
  • Consistently identifies new sources of business.
  • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.
  • Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell consistently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals for improvement to meet or exceed company standards for success.
  • Experience providing clients, superiors, and peers reports based on their information needs.
  • Knowledge of how to develop proposals, compose memos, and direct correspondence to keep customers, peers and managers informed.
  • Experience with meeting and/or exceeding company standards for success.
  • Skilled in time management.
  • Possess self-discipline.
  • Ability to work remotely.

What You Will Do

  • Network market for leads, call for appointments, attend appointments, do presentations and close the sale, follow the initial sale until close.
  • Make presentations to various groups, attend industry functions.
  • Communicate with other Sales Executives in specific sales techniques or processes.
  • Master the sales process.
  • Orderly CRM updates
  • Foster and maintain ongoing strong relationships with the customer base.
  • Become a leader in space.

Sales Compensation Structure: $100K Total On-Target Earnings; $50K Base Salary + uncapped commission plan.
