Location: Seattle WA USA 98122

Schedule: onsite 3 days a week (9-5pm PST)

Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire

Interview Process: 2 rounds (1 zoom 30 minutes/1 in person 1 hour)

– 1 + years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role

– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.

-Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)

– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

– Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

– Experience in customer relationship management and a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.


– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Insight Global is looking for a Sales Manager to join one of our clients. This client is a start up Tea Brand in the Seattle area. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding the market presence of their tea brand.


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

– Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the tea brand’s goals and market objectives.

– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities, emerging trends, and potential target markets.

– Set sales targets, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize their potential.

– Provide guidance, training, and coaching to the sales team, helping them develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques.

– Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual sales targets, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

3. Business Development:

– Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, including retailers, distributors, cafes, restaurants, and hotels.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth.

– Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network, generate leads, and stay updated on industry trends.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

– Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and address any concerns or issues promptly.

– Conduct regular business reviews and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Sales Analysis and Reporting:

– Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

– Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to overcome them.
