Sales Manager

Kane Partners is proud to search for a Sales Manager on behalf of a well-established electronics manufacturer.

This sales professional will play an active role in the success and growth of the company – specializing in collaborative work with both customers and suppliers, building and managing a sales team, and delivering on growth strategies.

· Ensure a solid pipeline and win competitive new business to drive top line growth

· Develop influential relationships with suppliers and reps in the market for mutually beneficial gain while also developing strategic opportunities in partnership to grow the market

· The ability to sell based on the value and benefit of the service provided – not on cost!

· In-depth understanding of key issues driving transformation in the sector, and understanding of key supporting technologies and leading industry vendors

· Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management teams, and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence

· Executive level (both internal and customer) communication and presentation skills

· Become technically adept at discussing our products and preparing technical presentations to help promote our products and company

· Travel will be necessary

· A “hunter” style will thrive in this role

· You need technical know-how, so you can talk the talk with customers

· They need fresh ideas and strong strategies for growth and success!
