Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base by developing strong relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for directing and coordinating sales associates and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
  • Good understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies
  • Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of sales associates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or transportation industries is a plus
