Job Details: – Required qualities: interpersonal skills, leadership skills, marketing aptitude, and a strong desire to make a difference for our customers. – Responsibilities: Build lasting relationships with customers and vendors, set sales goals, drive new business through marketing strategies, assist the General Manager with operational functions, and assist with deliveries when needed. – Additional requirements: Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada), possess a high school diploma or equivalent (college or previous management experience preferred), have a valid state Driver’s License (and meet DOT requirements for certification in the U.S.), have a flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm, and be physically capable of performing the job’s duties (including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly). Please note that this is an hourly paid position. The provided average pay includes base wages for average scheduled hours and average incentive compensation over a 12-month period.
