Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Executive specializing in Employee Benefits. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to meet their unique employee benefits needs. Our compassionate and kind approach ensures that employees feel cared for and valued while our commitment to growth and innovation drives continuous improvement in the world of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for employee benefits matters.
  • Analyze and assess clients’ existing benefits offerings and utilization to formulate innovative recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute customized benefits strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive benefits plan proposals, conduct client presentations, and secure client approvals.
  • Oversee the seamless implementation of new benefit plans, open enrollment meetings (in-person or virtual) and manage ongoing benefits administration.
  • Oversee implementation of Employee Benefits enrollment platform and post-enrollment auditing.
  • Ensure clients’ benefits programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop employee education and communication strategies to enhance benefits awareness.
  • Generate regular reports to assess benefits program performance and drive continuous improvement.


  • Minimum of 5-7 years in Employee Benefits Account Management
  • California Health & Life license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in employee benefits consulting, with a strong track record of client management and growth.
  • Expert knowledge of employee benefits regulations, insurance products, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software such as Ease, Zywave, ADP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
