What You Will Do

We are seeking a Leader to oversee our team of Implementation Managers and Business Analysts to support significant growth. Our team is customer-facing and responsible for driving successful integration to our SaaS service. As our new Leader, you will have a strong influence over how we manage the entire implementation cycle starting with the sales phase. Your natural ability to lead a team, and think strategically and technically will be critical to providing best-in-class professional services to our rapidly growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Actively lead our team of Implementation Managers and BAs while maintaining direct customer interactions and implementations
• Ensure that the team effectively manages multiple projects concurrently, adhering to various degrees of customization, scope, and outlined timelines
• Craft and implement scalable and flexible professional service time and materials programs to meet evolving customer needs
• Manage assigned technical resources to execute implementation plans successfully, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers throughout the implementation to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction

Experience and education:

• 5+ years’ SaaS/ERP experience in client management/project management capacity with a strong focus on implementing solutions for customers
• 5+ years managing a team including tracking hours and managing a revenue target while still maintaining hands-on customer implementation responsibilities
• Exceptional customer relationship skills with a track record of successful interactions with external customers

Benefits and Perks:

We offer a robust benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD&Life, 401K, Unlimited PTO. We have a strong market share, have a history of stability and profitability along with a focus on innovation. Salary range 145,000-165,000 depending on qualifications.
