Job Details

At Jobot Health, we strive to provide the best service for our physicians and hospitals. The Travel Coordinator is responsible for booking travel arrangements and obtaining expense receipts for all physicians working through Jobot Health. The Travel Coordinator will also establish strong internal and external relationships.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job

  • Knowledge/Experience with travel software (Concur)
  • 2+ years of corporate travel experience
  • Ability to handle a high volume of travel bookings

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job

  • Work with recruiting coordinators and recruiters to secure travel arrangements for our physicians
  • Assist with problem solving changes to ticketed itineraries
  • Retrieve hotel folios, airline and car rental receipts as well as confirming each hotel has a credit card authorization form on file
