VP Omnichannel

This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with expertise in content creation, site merchandising, catalog development, and digital acquisition. The VP will spearhead efforts to enhance sales, profitability, and user experience in e-commerce and B2B channels, aiming for substantial business growth, with a target range of $20 to $30 million annually. Additionally, they will focus on establishing a fixed and seasonal Gift Box business, optimizing profitability in the direct grocery and food & beverage sectors, and driving business development across various verticals, including negotiating contracts with marketplaces and sellers.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of strategic E-Commerce experience, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Demonstrated success in implementing large-scale e-commerce strategies and a strong business acumen are essential. Proficiency in e-commerce technologies, project management, and vendor relations is highly beneficial. The VP will also lead a dynamic team, collaborate cross-functionally, and stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
